Special Guest: Musical Accompanist MICHAEL RABBE

Script adaptation by T.SCOTT WOOTEN

This musical accompaniment is inspired by the movie and will leave you wanting more. If you missed the first two productions, don't miss it as we bring it back one last time due to popular demand.

Suncoast AIDS Theatre Project is celebrating its 10-Year Anniversary with their Annual “Prelude to Pride” salute with an original production of that time honored classic, “A WIZARD OF OZ”. T. Scott Wooten has created a hilarious  and naughty sendup on the fabled classic by Frank L. Baum. This “Oz” is just in time for St. Petersburg Pride Celebration. Come join in the fun, following Dorothy and her friends, down the yellow brick road.

PRELUDE TO PRIDE: A WIZARD OF OZ stars Matt McGee, as The WICKED WITCH OF THE WEST; Joey Panek as the TIN MAN; Betty Jane Parks as DOROTHY; Drew Decaro as the COWARDLY LION; Joel Gennari as THE SCARECROW; Sara DelBeato as GLINDA THE GOOD WITCH; Joe Parra as the WIZARD; Melissa Kenworthy as AUNTIE EM; Katie Castonquay as THE MUNCHKINS; Scott Daniel as UNCLE HENRY.
T. Scott Wooten adapted the story and Michael Raabe will accompany the cast at the keyboard.

This performance will benefit PWA (People with AIDS) programs at Metropolitan Charities of Pinellas and AIDS Service Association of Pinellas, Inc.
