American Stage Business Development Events
Support the arts while giving your guests a night they'll never forget.
Corporate Nights give businesses a unique opportunity to entertain clients, employees or other guests, while supporting one of Tampa Bay's most celebrated and beloved arts organizations. American Stage's Raymond James Theatre seats 182 patrons, and our lobby/gallery area is perfect for mingling with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres before seeing one of the most exciting theatrical events in the area. Or choose to join us for American Stage in the Park and be part of a 25-year-old tradition of picnicking in the park while watching great entertainment.
We make it easy to create your unforgettable evening.
- You may bring in any caterer you wish, or choose from our list of restaurant partners.
- We can stock our concession bar with a variety of items available at a reduced rate, minimizing your beverage cost.
- American Stage volunteers can tend bar, eliminating the need for paid bartenders.
Other ways we can help to make your event a success:
- We can provide art and text for your invitation upon request, and can also help find the right printer for your piece.
- We can offer assistance in creating an invitation list, working with you and your employees to maximize your event.

Corporate Nights can be arranged for any Tuesday evening performance. Curtain time is 7:30 pm; optional pre-show party may being at at 6:30 pm.

American Stage In The Park Small Business Nights
Contribution Level: $1,500
What you get:
- Special reserved seating section for 50 chairs OR 100 reserved blanket seats
