American Stage operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.  EIN #591777189.  Charitable gifts are fully tax-deductible to the extent provided by law.  The CARES Act, recently passed by Congress, provides a universal deduction for contributions, made in 2020, of up to $300, even for taxpayers who do not itemize.

American Stage’s world class professional productions and quality education programs are made possible by your gifts to our Annual Fund.

As a non-profit 501c (3) organization, ticket sales cover only 60% of American Stage’s programming costs. Your donation to our annual fund helps provide the additional 40% of our costs to produce powerful professional theatre and quality arts education.
