Once the funding application has been selected, the first phase before the start of the project is the preparation of the grant agreement. EASME may invite the project coordinator to adapt certain technical or financial elements of the proposal as part of the preparation of the grant agreement. If the grant agreement so provides, an external audit statement must be provided in addition to the financial report. The EMFF Payment Toolbox is intended to provide you with a guide to preparing a payment application under an EMFF grant. The model grant agreement shall be made available jointly with each call for proposals in order to take into account the specificities of each call. Please check the coordinator`s toolkit to help you prepare your proposal and manage the grant! For grants awarded to consortia, a statement on the distribution of EU aid between partners is required once the project is completed. The implementation of projects is closely monitored by EASME on behalf of the European Commission, to ensure that projects fully exploit their potential and produce the expected results. . . .
