    Throughout the month of June, enjoy four favorite Shakespeare plays, each performed in under an hour and featuring your favorite American Stage actors. Four Sundays at 2 p.m.,  June 7 - 28 Register Here Live Zoom Performance 
    • Romeo and Juliet (June 7) – In this quintessential Shakespeare story of young love,  two star-crossed lovers from feuding families are determined to be together at all costs.
    • Comedy of Errors (June 14) – After both being separated from their twins in a shipwreck, Antipholus and his servant Dromio go to Ephesus to find them in this fairytale farce of everyday miracles, mistaken identity and double vision.
    • Othello (June 21) – A tragedy of jealousy about an African general in the Venetian army who is tricked into suspecting his wife of adultery.
    • Twelfth Night (June 28) – Orsino loves Olivia, Olivia loves Cesario and  Cesario’s really a woman disguised as a man who’s fallen for her boss, Orsino in this comedy about gender, power and love.

    Ignite your child’s creative voice… online! Our virtual programs give students the opportunity to continue their learning online, work independently and collaboratively, and explore many unique genres of storytelling and performance beyond the stage. American Stage provides quality theatre training in a positive and inspiring environment that gives young people the tools to be fearless, focused, and flexible. Studying theatre arts does not only help students become accomplished and confident performers, it also empowers creative, intellectual, and emotional growth.     Virtually explore the art of storytelling, and get goofy with the whole family! These monthly, all-ages classes encourage simple interactive theatre activities to get our minds, bodies and imaginations moving together. Each class features a unique and fun theme. Anyone in the family can participate in a variety of theater exercises and themed adventures. Suitable for 2 or more per family unit. Classes meet via Zoom. Enroll below! Time: 10am-12pm (2nd Saturday of each month) Tuition: Suggested donation of $10/family or group

    Get those bodies moving with beginner dance moves as we explore different ways of using our body to express character and story.

    July 11 – Sizzlin’ Summer

    Explore all elements of a sizzlin’ summer with vacation and beach themed stories, and develop creative characters that live in exotic places, like under the sea!

    August 8 – Puppet Party

    Learn to construct puppets out of household items, and then work together to create a fun story to share!

    American Stage’s popular duo is back! Gavin Hawk of Second City, and Ricky Wayne from The Groundlings are a perfect storm of wit, bold characters, and physical comedy.
