With the help of an ensemble that brings dozens of characters, and live sound effects, the story of idealistic George Bailey unfolds as he considers a world in which he’d never been born one fateful Christmas Eve.

Patrick A. Jackson* (Harry “Jazzbo” Heywood / Clarence et al) was last seen with American Stage as Joseph Asagai in A RAISIN IN THE SUN. He is an alumnus of Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA. Regional Credits: A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (Jobsite Theatre), GLORIA (Mad Cow Theatre), WHITE RABBIT/RED RABBIT (Urbanite), ALICE WITH A TWIST (Florida Studio Theatre). Off-stage, Patrick is the Adult Education Associate at American Stage and a founding member of the American Stage Improv musical improv team “Definitely Not Murderers.” He is the host of The Black Hand Side podcast and Director of Multimedia for Today’s Church Tampa Bay. He is a proud member of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and Actor’s Equity.

Enoch King* (Jake Laurents / George Bailey) is excited to be back at American Stage! He was previously seen here in SKELETON CREW, BETWEEN RIVERSIDE AND CRAZY and  A RAISIN IN THE SUN. His recent credits include:TUNA CHRISTMAS (G.E.T.), PARADISE BLUE (True Colors Theatre), HANDS OF COLOR (Synchronicity Theatre- Suzi Bass Award for Best World Premiere), SKELETON CREW (True Colors Theatre), A CHRISTMAS CAROL (Shakespeare Tavern), THE MOUNTAINTOP (Heritage Theatre Festival-Charlottesville,VA.), ANNE AND EMMETT (Amsterdam, VA., NY, NC.), THE CHRISTIANS (Suzi Bass Award for Best Supporting Actor) (Actors Express). John Millsap (Foley Artist) has been the Assistant Technical Director and Master Carpenter with American Stage for the last two years and couldn’t be happier to be bringing his performance skills to the screen this time. You may have seen him earlier this year as the Duke in OTHELLO. He is a graduate of the University of Tampa where he performed and worked on shows such as SIX CHARACTERS IN SEARCH OF AN AUTHOR, MOON OVER BUFFALO, and TEMPTATION. He would like to thank the entire American Stage family for continuing to be the best group of people he’s had the pleasure to work with. Merry Christmas and enjoy the show!

Davina Reid (Sally Applewhite/Mary Bailey) is thrilled and honored to be in her first theatrical production with American Stage. She’s been seen around campus as an improv performer in American Stage House Teams, AS PER USUAL and most recently SMALL TALK. She is also a teaching artist in the ASI program. Davina’s theatrical training comes from various independent acting schools in the St Petersburg/Tampa Bay area, as well as growing up with an actor and drama teacher father. Some of her previous theatrical productions include FIGHTING GOD (Rory Lawrence Productions, DC Black Theater Festival, Atlanta Black Theatre Festival, Tampa Bay Theatre Festival), I THINK SHE’S THE ONE (Rory Lawrence Productions, Tampa Bay Theatre Festival), SAUL’S JUKE JOINT (AMS Visions, Atlanta Black Theatre Festival, Tampa Bay Theatre Festival). Richard B. Watson (Freddie Filmore / Potter) was born and raised in Wilmington, NC, and lives both in New York City and here in Saint Petersburg.  Most recently closed THE MYSTERY OF EDWIN DROOD at Maltz Jupiter, Richard was Henry Higgins with Kate Baldwin in MY FAIR LADY at Sacramento Music Circus and Sherlock in SHERLOCK HOLMES & THE WEST END HORROR at the Asolo and Pioneer theaters.  NYC: DEVILS DISCIPLE at Irish Rep, SERENDIB at Ensemble Studio Theater, and VENUS FLYTRAP at Active Theater. Film/TV: “PS, I Love You”; “Mozart In The Jungle”; “Law & Order CI”; “Delocated”; “Onion Sports Network”; “Art=(Love)²”; and a pilot, “Powerless”, for FX.  Richard played George in WHO’S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF? and Max in THE ROYALE, and is an inaugural company member here at American Stage Theater. He was awarded his MFA from the Academy for Classical Acting at the George Washington University / Shakespeare Theatre Company.  Proud union member of Actors Equity Association and SAG-AFTRA.
