American Stage seeks to hire Equity Stage Managers for four mainstage productions in the 22-23 American Stage Season: THE COLORED MUSEUM, CRIMES OF THE HEART, DISGRACED and LA GRINGA.
BIPOC and MENASA Stage Managers who are culturally connected to the themes of each production are strongly encouraged to apply. American Stage will provide travel to and from St. Petersburg, FL and housing arrangements. Company Artist Housing consists of a private studio apartment within walking distance to the theatre, furnished with kitchen and private bath. Guest artists have access to a company car, which is shared with no more than six guest artists staying on property.
Equity’s contracts prohibit discrimination. Equity is committed to diversity and encourages all its employers to engage in a policy of equal employment opportunity designed to promote a positive model of inclusion.
